Fracturing manifold:

1、 Purpose:

Fracturing manifold is a high-pressure component that connects the high-pressure output ends of multiple fracturing trucks (pry) together through high-pressure elbows, high-pressure straight pipes, and other high-pressure components. It is connected to the wellhead through one or more output ports through high-pressure pipelines. It supplies the sum of the pressure and displacement of multiple fracturing pumps to the wellhead.

2、 Composition and Structure:

The fracturing manifold is assembled by connecting high-pressure components such as plug valves, single flow valves, Y-shaped tees, tees, unions, and pipelines. All pressure bearing components are made of high-quality alloy steel forging and special processes.
